Refund policy

We offer 100-day returns with full product cost refunds for our filtered shower heads and replacement filters.

Eligibility

  • Initiate return within 100 days of delivery, and post within 7 days.
  • Requires original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Replacement filters must be unused (unless faulty).

How to Return

  1. Email support@nimbeau.com with your order number, order email (if different), and item photo/s.
  2. Ship the item/s back to us. We'll confirm receipt and inspect promptly.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt to your original payment method.

Costs

  • You won't be charged any additional costs to return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us. Use a tracked service where possible.
  • We are unable to refund your original shipping costs.

Damages/Faulty Items: Email support@nimbeau.com immediately for defective or incorrect items. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Consumer Rights: In NZ and AU, you’re protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law for faulty products.
